La villa situata a Portixeddu possiede 2 appartamenti al piano terra ed un terzo ancora in costruzione al piano superiore.
L'appartamento 1 al piano terra è composto da un soggiorno abitabile all'ingresso con angolo cottura ed ampia veranda,antibagno,bagno,camera matrimoniale,aria condizionata e vista panoramica con splendida vista mare.
Spazi letto disponibili 3.
L'appartamento 2 al piano terra è simile al primo ma con possibilità di avere fino a 6 letti disponibili.
La zona è molto tranquilla, immersa nel verde e con strada privata.
Le spiagge distano da solo 4 minuti in macchina a 15 minuti a piedi; inoltre non sono affatto affollate!
Possibilità di fare gite a cavallo poichè esiste un centro ippico; si possono visitare le grotte di Summannau,
le miniere in trenino e gite in gommone con skipper munito di patente nautica.
Inoltre gite guidate a piedi,in mountain-bike e persino gite con l'asino.
Servizio trasporto clienti dall'areoporto andata e ritorno,possibilità di noleggio auto.

The House is
located in Portixeddu and has 2 apartments on the ground floor and a
third one will soon be ready at the first floor (Still under construction).
The first apartment (1) consists of a big entrance with the possibility to have up to 3 beds. It also comes with kitchen and a large veranda.
Inside you can find a bathroom, bedroom and,of course, air conditioning system.
The second apartment (2), always on the ground floor, is very similar to the first one but has the possibility to have up to 6 beds.
The house face a stunning sea views also, the house is located in a very quiet place, surrounded by gardens and a private road.
The beaches are only 4-15 minutes by car and not crowded at all!
There's the possibility to do horse riding because there is an equestrian center or you can visit the caves of Summannau.
Guided vist to the local mines in the train are available. It's possible to have boat trips with skipper provided with true license.
It can also be done some guided tours by foot, mountain bike rides and even a donkey ride!
It's possible to request a transport service from the airport and return as well as there's a possibility to rent cars.

Da poco disponibile anche questa bellissima villetta con 2 camere da letto,bagno,cucina, un soggiorno con possibilità di inserire altri 2 posti letto ed un terrazzo. Posti letto totali quindi 6 . Distante soltanto 3 minuti dal mare con la macchina. Localizzata vicino la strada provinciale in Portixeddu! Sotto vengono riportate un po' di foto. Contattateci per maggiori informazioni !
